Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we use your account details, such as your name and email address, to identify your account and help you sign in. If you choose Google sign-in, that provider also participates in the sign-in process.

Your onboarding answers, preferences, goals, country, budget and related information help tailor your experience. Photos you choose to upload, your plan and assessment information, daily activities and progress information may be used to create and present your personalized self-care and appearance plan.

We also use subscription status and identifiers associated with purchases made through Paddle. Paddle handles checkout and payment-card details; Lumrise does not directly handle your full payment-card details when Paddle processes the transaction. If you email us, we receive what you choose to share. Basic technical information, such as information needed for sign-in, requests and security, is used to operate the site.

We use information to maintain your account, generate and adapt plans based on your goals and submissions, show your routines and progress, provide subscription access, answer support requests, maintain service security and help prevent misuse or fraud. Limited usage events may help us understand and improve the service.

Our application uses Lovable Cloud for account and application data, an AI service to generate personalized guidance from information relevant to your plan, Google if you choose Google sign-in, and Paddle for checkout, billing and subscription management. These services process information needed to perform their respective functions. Paddle's own privacy information applies to information it collects during checkout.

Sign-in uses browser storage to keep you signed in. The application records limited in-app usage events associated with your account. Browser and service technologies necessary to deliver the site may also be used. We do not describe these as advertising-tracking cookies.

Account, photo, plan and subscription-related information may be retained while your account or subscription needs it, and afterward where necessary for support, records, legal obligations or disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements. The services used to operate Lumrise may process information across countries; privacy protections and legal rights can differ by location.

You can review and update some preferences in your profile and remove individual photos in the app. The profile also offers deletion of photo records and progress entries; it does not itself close your account or cancel a subscription. To request access, correction, deletion of your account or other data, or to ask about rights available where you live, email support@lumrise.app. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required by law or for legitimate records. To cancel a subscription, use Manage subscription in the app or contact support.
