Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and, if under the age of majority where you live, have any consent required to use the service. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Lumrise offers goal-based onboarding, optional photo uploads, personalized appearance insights, routines, plans and progress features. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the service, upload material you lack permission to use or misuse its features. Features and access may change over time.

Plans and suggestions may be generated with AI using the information you provide. Review them with your own judgment: generated information may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Lumrise provides general self-care and appearance guidance and is not a medical or healthcare service. AI-generated information is general guidance, not professional medical advice. Lumrise does not diagnose conditions or provide treatment and does not guarantee particular results.

You remain responsible for information and photos you submit and must have the right to submit them. You permit Lumrise to use them as needed to provide your account, assessments, plans and related features. Please avoid submitting content you do not want used for those purposes. Lumrise's name, design, software and service materials belong to Dia Express LTD or their respective owners. Your access does not transfer those rights. You retain rights to your own submitted content, subject to the permission needed to operate the service.

Lumrise Premium is offered at $8.99/month or $49.99/year, each as a recurring subscription. A subscription renews at its billing frequency unless cancelled. Taxes or checkout localization may affect the amount presented at checkout; review the final price and terms before purchasing. You can manage or cancel through Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals, with access and timing subject to the applicable billing period and Paddle's terms. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and Paddle's refund policy; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We aim to keep Lumrise available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, respond to misuse, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; stopping use or signing out does not itself cancel a paid subscription.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumrise is provided without a guarantee of specific results or uninterrupted operation, and Dia Express LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel; continued use after an update is subject to applicable law. For product or account questions, contact support@lumrise.app.
